Matt came out and did an excellent job explaining the work that needed to be done, where the nests were located on my property and how the process would work. They did an outstanding job of clearing away the debris and cleaning up. I was even given information on how to prevent future infestations. I was very impressed, especially with the fact that they humanely remove the packrats and don’t use poisons that can contaminate the environment and other wildlife. I highly recommend Mr. Packrat!
